IF I PLACE MY ORDER TODAY, WHEN WILL IT ARRIVE?
All orders placed before 3:00pm AEST Mon-Fri in Australian Metro are delivered the next business day. If you order on the weekend or public holiday, your order will be dispatched on the first business day and arrive to you the following business day after.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
Upon dispatching your parcel, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to keep track of the whereabouts of your parcel.

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
Orders cannot be changed/altered or cancelled once processed. Please take care and double check correct size, number of items and garment selected is correct before confirming order. Please ensure you check all shipping details carefully before placing order. If you no longer want your purchase after completing the order and it has already being processed, you will need to request for an RA and send the unwanted items back once you receive it. kumi xu is not liable for the reimbursement of any associated shipping costs for change of mind purchases of submission of incorrect shipping details when you place your order.
HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEM?
If you would like an exchange or refund for your item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a Return Authorisation number (RA). We are happy to exchange or refund, given the item is in the original condition with tags attached. An RA number must be approved by Head Office and quoted on your returns package. Items must be returned to Head Office within 7 days of receiving your order and accompanied with your proof of purchase.

WILL I BE REFUNDED FOR THE FULL AMOUNT OF MY ORDER?
A full refund of the item will be credited back to the original method of payment. We are unable to refund original shipping cost and return postage costs.
We do not offer refunds on sale items or items purchased using a discount code.
DO YOU REFUND OR ACCEPT RETURNS ON SALE ITEMS?
No, unfortunately all SALE items are final sale, thus we do not accept returns or issue refunds.

All garments are quality checked before dispatch as we aim to guarantee all items sold are of high quality and standard. If you do have a concern with your item, please contact us straight away at email@example.com so we can review the issue.
